Privacy policy

Prepared November 1, 2026, for Vera Explains AI at veraexplainsai.com.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. We use those details to respond to your inquiry and handle relevant follow-up. Contacting us does not sign you up for marketing emails.

The email signup form separately asks you to request AI learning updates. We use the details you submit for that purpose. You can withdraw your request through the contact form or the unsubscribe option in any marketing email you receive.

Hosting and form processing

This website uses Hostinger. Form submissions are handled through its website builder, with notifications to the site owner. Hosting and email providers may process technical and message information to operate, secure, and deliver those services. Read Hostinger’s privacy policy.

Directory data and external links

The AI Tools Directory is designed to load public product information from Google Sheets. Requests to Google are subject to Google’s privacy policy. The directory does not ask you to enter private information into its search box.

Links to software vendors and other websites take you to separate services with their own privacy policies and terms. An affiliate link, when labeled, may use the vendor’s referral tracking after you choose to follow it. See affiliate disclosures.

Cookies and analytics

No Google Analytics, Google Tag, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or advertising code has been added in the site’s integration settings for this draft. Hosting features and any embedded services may still process technical information. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, this policy and the required consent choices will be updated before activation.

Retention and your choices

We retain messages only as long as needed to respond, maintain necessary records, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by using the contact form. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information.

What to leave out

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, sensitive health information, or private customer records. Use a short description or an anonymized example when asking a question.

Changes and questions

This policy will be updated when the website’s data practices change. For privacy questions, use the contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message.
